TMB ceased to accept new business on 22nd August 2008. Importantly there will be no change to pipeline business, this will continue to be processed.
BM Solutions already has a strong packager proposition. Following these changes it will become the lead brand for this specialist sector.
The website has been designed for our valued packagers and brokers to source information to assist in completing cases submitted on or before the 22nd August.
HBOS remains committed to both mainstream and specialist lending and all four remaining mortgage brands - Halifax, Bank of Scotland, BM Solutions and Intelligent Finance are available for new business, and will continue to have a strong presence in the UK mortgage market.
